The Passage at Delphi Book Tour Heads to the Hellenic Society and to Vista!

AK Patch brings the thrills, characters and riveting backstories behind the making of Passage at Delphi to a pair of San Diego County presentations and signings this month.

On Friday, February 7, the author will appear at St. Spiridon Greek Orthodox Church, at 3655 Park Blvd. in San Diego. That event starts at 7 p.m. and is presented by the Hellenic Society.

On Sunday, February 23, Dr. Patch will make his first appearance in North San Diego County at Vista Library, located at 700 Eucalyptus Ave. in Vista. The presentation begins at 3 p.m.

Partially based in San Diego, Passage at Delphi has received continuous five-star reviews on Amazon, Midwest Book Review and other reviewers in the short time since its release. Its allure to readers of all ages comes from its depiction of the events surrounding the Greek-Persian War of 480BCE, the famous “300” battle, from the perspective of modern-day San Diego professors Lauren and Zack Fletcher.

At previous presentations, audiences ages 5 to 90 have enjoyed the combination of historical background, behind-the-scenes stories, quips about the characters, the writing process, and discussions of Passage at Delphi’s modern-day implications as seen through Apollo’s eyes — the reason Dr. Patch wrote the book.

Both the San Diego and Vista presentations are free of charge. Following his presentations, Dr. Patch will sign copies of Passage at Delphi.
